We’re a fast-growing US-based recruitment firm helping companies find and hire exceptional talent. As we scale, we're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Specialist to power our outbound sales engine — with a strong focus on cold calling.

If you're a persuasive communicator who thrives on turning “no” into “let’s talk,” this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Cold call decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Founders) in the US market daily

2. Pitch our recruitment services and schedule discovery calls for our account executives

3. Research prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal databases

4. Log activities and update lead progress in our CRM (HubSpot, Go High Level, or Salesforce)

5. Follow up with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach as needed

6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach scripts and strategies

What You Bring:

1. 1–3 years of outbound sales experience with a focus on cold calling

2. Exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills

3. Resilient, target-driven, and not afraid of high-volume calling (50+ calls/day)

4. Experience using CRMs and calling tools like Hubspot / Go High Level

5. Available to work US business hours (EST)

Bonus Points:

1. Previous experience in Professional/Business Coaching or B2B services

2. Familiar with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Lemlist

3. A track record of booking qualified appointments consistently
